How do I return an order?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee.  Our return policy states that you must contact us by email to receive a RMA return number.  Every return must have a RMA in order to process.  Refer to our return policy for complete instructions.

What type of shipping is available?

Costs for shipping upgrades is as follows:
UPS Next Day Air - $35.00
UPS 2nd Day Air - $17.50
Saturday Delivery for the above services is $12.00, in addition to the above shipping charges. Only available on Friday with Next Day Air service or Thursday with 2nd Day Air. Not available in all areas. You must state during check-out you want to add the $12.00 for Saturday delivery.

Can Tasers be shipped to all states?

Taser Devices can not be shipped to the following states: New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Michigan, Hawaii, or the city of Philadelphia, PA

Can I have my order shipped to my PO box?

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

What if something is wrong with my order?

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Stun Gun Protection. If you want to return it, you must pay for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us via Ground or Standard only. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. This makes it fair to all concerned.
